LORENA COMPARATO was born on March 14, 1990 in Portugal. She is a Brazilian Portuguese English/Spanish speaking actress, creator, director, voice actress, writer, producer and TV host nationally and internationally. 

LC has plenty of experience in the arts, with emphasis on theatrical and movie studies. She has worked for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Star+, Comedy Central and others. She has important parts on many very successful shows in Brazil like: RENSGA HITS (2022-2023), NÃO FOI MINHA CULPA (2022), IMPUROS (2018-2023), SAMANTHA! (2018-2019) and HOMENS? (2019). On Globo (worldwide Brazilian network) she is known for her parts in CINE HOLLIUDY (2019-2023), 5 seasons of classic Brazilian TV show PÉ NA COVA (2013-2016), MALHAÇÃO VIDAS BRASILEIRAS (2018), ROCK STORY (2016-2017), CIDADE PROIBIDA (2017) and other shows. 

Graduated as a communications major at PUC-Rio, with an exchange student-acting program at UCLA, she was awarded a US INSTITUTE scholarship on the SUSI Student Leaders of the Future program in 2010 and has IGCSE and IB diplomas - A* Theater Arts grades - graduated at the British School of Rio de Janeiro. In 2022 she concluded a masters program in Performing Arts at the Escola de Artes Celia Helena - São Paulo - Brazil, after writing the book "ACT" about the Brazilian artistic industry.

In the movie business, she began with independent short movies like HANDEBOL (2010) by Anita Rocha da Silveira and won BEST ACTRESS awards like 23 Brazilian Film Festival of Miami (2019), 8 CINE Fest Brasil Montevideo (2019), Festival Brasil Cinema Internacional (2017) e others, especially for her performance in GOLDEN MOUTH (2020) directed by Daniel Filho, from the original play by Nelson Rodrigues, in which she starred as the young protagonist Celeste. 

In 2021 the movie AMARRAÇÃO DO AMOR (2021), directed by Caroline Fioratti, premiered and in 2022 she had other debuts like REGRA 34 by Júlia Murat - winner of the Golden Leopardo at the LOCARNO FILM FESTIVAL - and MEU ALBUM DE AMORES by Rafael Gomes.

She is member and cofounder of the female artistic group CIA DE 4 Mulheres since 2011, actresses and writers of the show E!NoFilterWknd (2019-2020) on E! Entertainment Brasil. The group also created of PRATO FRIO (2018) the first Brazilian SPOTIFY fiction podcast in Brazil, with Hysteria and 2D and the play RICARDO (2013), directed by Debora Lamm e Carolina Pismel. In 2020 they launched ZODIACA DE BOLSO with Hysteria, where they wrote and acted on humor sketches for Instagram in 5 seasons. Right now they are developing a show for a big streaming platform, but it's still confidencial. 

Amongst theatre festivals and tours she was nominated for best actress in the ZILKA SALABERRY award, she is in the cast of  the award winning play AGOSTO, (August Osage County by Tracy Letts), directed by Andre Paes Leme, and is co-author and actress of the play NÃO TÔ ENTENDENDO NADA (2017/2018) awarded 2 FITA prizes. Since the beginning of her carrier she has done more than 20 shows, 15 movies and 10 plays, working with many acclaimed directors, cast and crew.
